Sort through your priorities. Decide what you want to pursue, or how you want to handle something that's been bothering you.

If the family house is too busy and hectic, try escaping to a place outside for a bit. Go for a walk, lie down in a dark room, whatever you need to do to let your brain quiet down for a bit and really reflect

Christmas music is absolutely everywhere, and folks are calling it "the season of giving."

When you are overwhelmed, overstimulated, rushing around panicking and feeling guilty for not being productive enough or good enough.... those are the times when the most PRODUCTIVE thing you can do is take a break to relax.

It's very rare that we can do our best work when panicking, and rushed work means more mistakes and more 'doing things ever' which will end up costing you more time than if you had just carefully and slowly done the work the first time.

When you feel frazzled, overwhelmed - take a short break to take some centering breaths.
Take a break to relax your body.
Take a break to let the buzzing storm in your brain cool off to let you THINK.
Pet a cat, or step outside to listen to the wind.

I'll say it again:
